About

Marie-Laurence Bouchon,
Founder and President of Three Sixty Advisory

With over 25 years of experience, I founded Three Sixty Advisory in January 2021 to support leaders, managers, and their teams as they navigate challenges around communication, transformation, leadership, and positioning.

My approach is rooted in a global and pragmatic vision, combining strategic expertise with a deep understanding of human dynamics.

Before founding Three Sixty Advisory, I held senior communications roles within international groups, serving as Executive Committee member and Head of Communications at Edenred, and as Group Communications Director at SCOR, a global reinsurance company. My experience is also enriched by a diverse background in finance and strategic communications consulting.

I began my career in financial markets as an Equity Sales professional, before moving into publishing and journalism, and later strategic and financial communications consulting at DDB and Brunswick, a leading global advisory firm in corporate and financial communications.

This unique path allows me to combine in-depth knowledge of economic challenges with a creative and rigorous approach to communication.

I am a graduate of HEC Paris, Sciences Po Grenoble, and ESCP Business School, and have gained extensive experience in complex, high-stakes environments.

As an ACC-certified coach and team coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I support leaders and managers at all levels as they reflect on their leadership, positioning, and career development.
