Testimonials
Team coaching can be a delicate exercise. Marie-Laurence Bouchon guided us with both finesse and efficiency in coaching our Executive Committee. Thanks to her pragmatic and positive approach, she was able to create a space of trust where everyone could express their expectations and challenges. Her intervention allowed us to clarify our roles, improve the way we work together, and strengthen our team cohesion. I highly recommend Marie-Laurence for her ability to positively transform team dynamics!
For several years, Marie-Laurence has been supporting the transformation of our group, contributing to the definition of our strategic vision and its articulation through a comprehensive approach to our communication challenges. Her commitment and the trust-based relationship we’ve built allow us to be both innovative, responsive, and high-performing.
Marie-Laurence has been supporting us for several years with remarkable precision. Her ability to grasp the stakes, ask the right questions, and deliver impactful recommendations has enabled us, time and again, to fine-tune our communication with subtlety and impact. Her external perspective—both supportive and demanding—has become a true strategic asset in how we steer our communications.
What sets Marie-Laurence apart is her exceptional intuition for human dynamics and her deep understanding of an organisation’s inner workings. Her unique perspective, combined with a rigorous and structured approach, helps to remove obstacles, open up new possibilities, and bring forth an authentic voice. Working with her means being willing to evolve your message—and yourself.
Marie-Laurence supports both leadership and communication teams in a deep and thoughtful exploration of our purpose, positioning, and strategic communications. Her ability to align vision, narrative coherence, and personal leadership helps us embody our promise—both internally and externally. She acts as both a catalyst and a revealer of meaning and clarity.
I reached out to Marie-Laurence at a moment of personal and professional questioning. I was wondering whether I was still aligned with what I was doing, whether I still had a place in the agency where I work, whether my aspirations had evolved — and what direction to take next. I needed clarity and distance.
This coaching came at the right time. The six sessions were true moments of pause outside the fast pace of daily life, allowing me to refocus, put words to my feelings, and redefine what truly drives me. With each session came new insights, and in between, a deep inner process unfolded — where real breakthroughs emerged.
From the very beginning, I openly shared how I operate — both personally and professionally — with a strong focus on goals, because I needed to feel fully understood. Marie-Laurence adapted with subtlety, asked the right questions, and opened new perspectives. Her support — stimulating, structured, and caring — combined sensitive listening with a free, open tone. It helped me find my rightful place again and re-engage in my professional path with clarity and calm.
Marie-Laurence Bouchon has been supporting the company of which I am the CEO for many years. I truly enjoy working with her, as she brings expertise across a wide range of communication domains — from corporate and commercial communication to internal, crisis, and financial communication. For a business leader, she is a trusted counterpart, enabling high-level, holistic discussions about the company’s overall communication strategy — truly a peer-to-peer exchange.
Her guidance goes beyond messaging; it also addresses the person delivering it. She has a unique ability to say what needs to be adjusted without ever causing offense. I would also add that she is a genuinely cultured individual. This is why I am so pleased to have benefited from her advice over many years.
For nearly three years, I have been leading a team of seven people. Lacking experience in management and faced with difficult decisions since joining the company, I had to reassess myself in order to step fully into my role as a manager. With Marie-Laurence’s support, I was able to develop my activity by strengthening my interpersonal skills and operational agility, while building on my practical mindset. I quickly regained confidence and was able to resolve problematic situations. I truly appreciated the kindness of her support and the accuracy of her analysis.
For a long time, I navigated the professional world by trying to conform. But over time, that approach came into conflict with my deeper aspirations and the growing responsibilities I was taking on. That’s when I began my coaching journey with Marie Laurence.
I shared with her my need to assert myself and to be fully authentic in a professional environment where I had rarely allowed myself that freedom. She guided me through a rediscovery of who I am — helping me to recognise my strengths, my values, and also my limits: those I needed to move beyond, and those I needed to set to protect myself.
With great sensitivity and insight, Marie Laurence helped these realisations surface naturally, in a space built on trust and attentive listening. Her questions often echoed an inner dialogue. I felt heard, understood, and supported with empathy.
This coaching experience was like a journey we took together — and we reached its destination almost in unison. Until the next chapter...
The coaching I received from Marie-Laurence came at a pivotal moment in my career. I was questioning what I wanted — and what I no longer wanted. She helped me in ways far beyond what I could have imagined.
The coaching gave me important tools for reflection at that time: what boundaries should I set for myself? When am I crossing them? Is my stress level acceptable?
Coaching also helped me ask myself essential questions: what are my priorities? What compromises am I willing to make? What do I want — why, and when?
But above all, it helped me find explanations that allowed me to better understand myself — my relationship to work, and to others.
And finally, coaching gave me incredible strength.
All of this was made possible by Marie-Laurence’s attentive and thoughtful listening, her highly structured approach, and a methodology supported by truly effective tools.
There is clearly a “before” and an “after” this coaching experience.
